We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Overall a comfortable stay, just wished the check in process was a bit more efficient.

部屋は広くて良かった。薬院駅からは遠いがタクシーを使うなら問題ない。バンクベッド下段にもダウンライト等の照明があると便利。洗濯機上に照明が無くて不便だった。

깨끗하고 쾌적함. 무인 체크인 쓰라는게 많았응. 꼭 미리 입력하고 가시길~ 빔프로젝터로 후쿠오카 맛집 유투브 보면서 찾아다님. 위치가 텐진에서는 버스 두정거장 조금 애매했지만 조용한 위치.. 괜찮았음^^ 짐보관 안되서 겁나 불편했었음

ダブルベッド４つのうち、上段２つはシーツが掛けられていない。自分の確認不足も有るが、お風呂ではなくシャワールームだったので、小さな子どもづれには厳しかった。ホームシアターがあったが、Netflixなどの全てが見られなくて、結局、液晶テレビの地デジしかみれなかった。

まず、チェックインから最悪。タブレット端末で宿泊者全員の入力を寒いロビーでさせる。これって事前にスマホでできなかったのでしょうか？時間の無駄でしかない。スタッフとの通話でも雑音だらけで、聞き取れないのに勝手に通話を切られる。駐車場はあり、空いてるのに、ないと言われる。私達は素直にお金を払ってコインパーキングに止めましたが、他の車はずーと止めてましたが？どういうことですか？納得いかない。部屋に入れば、生乾きの臭い、風呂はカビだらけ、ホコリも凄い。自分で掃除しました。プロジェクターと2段ベッドは子供が喜んでました。
