"Location of the hotel is great. Only 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Station and underground shopping area. Hotel is boutique style hotel. Nice deco and room size. The only complaint I have is the size of the garbage bin under the sink. It is super tiny. I literally had to hold the bin and aim for the opening of the bin to dispose my used floss… A normal size trash bin would be much more useful!,"

"You cannoy brat the location. Stayed here with my spouse and it was perfect for our needs. Be mindful if you are over 6'2"-- bathroom ceilings are short and the room is small. It had everything we needed. I love the location. B1 has acess to station, shopping, restaurants and buses. Will one hundered percebt stay again. Staff amazing"

"We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally you’d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered breakfast to our door every morning which is a nice treat before adventures. I personally would only get a suite room here for the extreme value and experience. It’s spacious and clean. The beds are extremely firm, though, so beware if that’s not your preference. All in all, we will stay here again. As long as you’re okay with Ubers and being away from a lot of big locations (Legoland, etc)."
