"Even though the listing said 3,4-minute walk to the beach, my wife made it in 2. As for myself 7 or longer. We were on vacation, and I refused to walk fast. However, she couldn't wait and went on ahead without me. We noticed several improvements. The Island Bites food court area had a lot better food options than last year, and the gentleman manager and employees were great. The room was exactly as the pictures depicted. It was extremely clean, small, but the price was fantastic for the location. If you golf, bring extra golf balls. I had a lesson from the pro at the Ocean Pointe course, and he helped me more in an hours' time than anyone before. The Boathouse also has new daily specials, and they were quit tasty. 10 out of 10, we had a great time."

"The home was clean and inviting when we arrived. The living/kitchen/dining area was open and very spacious. The kitchen had most anything you would need for your cooking and dining needs. The living room as well as the bunk bedroom had large TVs and one of the other bedrooms had a smaller TV. The bunk room had its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms each had a toilet with a shared shower in between. There was also a half bath with a toilet off the kitchen.The large screened in porch was great to relax and watch the sun set over the marsh in the evening. The two golf carts were a big plus, allowing us to reach the beach easily, or just ride around exploring. We enjoyed our stay, it just wasn't long enough, lol. I would definitely book with them again."

"The Surf Shack is such a peaceful oasis right on the lagoon. So many beautiful egrets, herons, storks and alligators and deer to watch with our morning coffee. We loved having "Shortie" to drive around and explore the beautiful island. Went to Nature Center, the marina and the crabbing dock. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen was well stocked . Charcoal grill was great! Kathy was easy to reach and answered all our questions. Not many restaurants on Fripp, but we ate off island at Foolish Frog and Johnsons Creek Tavern-Yummy food and good service at both places. Visited the Penn Center which was extremely interesting. Having the free pass into Hunting Island State Park was helpful. The beach there was so relaxing with very few people, and good shelling. Hope to come back again. Thanks Kathy!"

"House is gorgeous! Right in the heart of the island. Kitchen is amazing with Wolf Stove. Dining room table is large enough for everyone to have dinner together. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. We played pool, ping pong and even air hockey. They also had a really nice set of cornhole boards/bags!"

"We actually did not get to stay at this particular property and were re-routed to an ocean view condo upon arrival due to the AC units not working properly. However, shout out to the property management for going above and beyond to make not only our stay comfortable and pleasant but also for sending a few valuable and cherished items we had left behind within a week of our return. Absolutely recommend working with this group on Fripp Island!!"

"Joanne is an amazing host and was very caring and easy to communicate with. Her condo is right in the middle of everything! You can walk to anything you'd like to do it's one of few with an ocean view and a private pool (no need for amenity cards or golf cart)!"

"Great location and everything was amazing! The only thing we had trouble with was the TV’s. We couldn’t get them to work with any of the remotes, so we downloaded ROKU apps on our phones to use in the living room, but never got the bedroom TV’s to work at all. We were busy with all the outdoor activities that we didn’t really need them anyway! Take canoes to Pritchards Island and explore for the day, you won’t regret it!!"
