"We absolutely loved our stay! The views of the marsh are some of the best on the island, and the pictures honestly don’t do this townhouse justice. Being able to walk right across the street to grab a breakfast sandwich was an added bonus! A golf cart is a must on Fripp, and this location was perfect for getting around, especially with our three-year-old. We were just a short ride from the beach and playground, and one of our favorite parts was watching the endless deer wander right up to the back porch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Fripp!"

"Even though the listing said 3,4-minute walk to the beach, my wife made it in 2. As for myself 7 or longer. We were on vacation, and I refused to walk fast. However, she couldn't wait and went on ahead without me. We noticed several improvements. The Island Bites food court area had a lot better food options than last year, and the gentleman manager and employees were great. The room was exactly as the pictures depicted. It was extremely clean, small, but the price was fantastic for the location. If you golf, bring extra golf balls. I had a lesson from the pro at the Ocean Pointe course, and he helped me more in an hours' time than anyone before. The Boathouse also has new daily specials, and they were quit tasty. 10 out of 10, we had a great time."

"We booked a very last minute trip after previous plans had to be cancelled and Steve was incredibly accommodating. The property was very clean, comfortable, and close to a lot of the best amenities on the island. Everything about our stay was 10/10 - we’ll be back!"

"The Surf Shack is such a peaceful oasis right on the lagoon. So many beautiful egrets, herons, storks and alligators and deer to watch with our morning coffee. We loved having "Shortie" to drive around and explore the beautiful island. Went to Nature Center, the marina and the crabbing dock. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen was well stocked . Charcoal grill was great! Kathy was easy to reach and answered all our questions. Not many restaurants on Fripp, but we ate off island at Foolish Frog and Johnsons Creek Tavern-Yummy food and good service at both places. Visited the Penn Center which was extremely interesting. Having the free pass into Hunting Island State Park was helpful. The beach there was so relaxing with very few people, and good shelling. Hope to come back again. Thanks Kathy!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hidden Palm! Plenty of room for our group of 8 “senior” ladies. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We enjoyed the top floor card table playing board games, bird watching from the screened porch, and it was an easy beach access with a golf cart rental. We can’t wait to return!"

"I had a wonderful week at John's place! The description was spot on, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bed comfortable and the views outstanding! It is a rare and beautiful thing to be surrounded by the marsh tides, wildlife, live oaks and palmettos, and so close to the tidal creek dock. John was accommodating and responsive to whatever I needed. Everything about this house provided a perfect getaway!"
