Quiet villa, situated close to the town of Frigiliana, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Since this villa has been recently built, it is provided with all the comforts and a picturesque decoration with a rustic style. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, in addition to two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with whirlpool bathtub, a completely equipped independent kitchen and a cosy dining-living room.

In the outdoor area, the villa features a majestic terrace and a huge private swimming pool, where you can enjoy the quietness and the harmony of the nature that surrounds this splendid accommodation.

Wir waren von der Villa absolut begeistert. Sie hatte viel Charakter und lag in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit einem schönen Garten. Es war friedlich und ruhig und doch konnte man in 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Frigiliana laufen. Jose, der Einzige, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir konnten uns verständigen, obwohl wir nur wenig Spanisch sprechen.

Fantastisches Haus, gelegen im Campo direkt unterhalb von Frigiliana. Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit schöner Aussicht und in der Nähe des Dorfes. Wir haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt eine Lärmbelästigung durch das Dorf festgestellt. Das Haus ist geräumig und mit den notwendigen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz zum Spazierengehen zwischen den Obstbäumen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wundervoll

Wir haben dieses Haus und den Garten sehr genossen. Es liegt in einer traumhaften Landschaft, sehr ruhig jedoch nah genug am Dorf, um dorthin laufen zu können. Die verschiedenen Terrassen bieten schöne Ausblicke und genügend Platz. Alles ist vorhanden, um sich komplett selbst zu versorgen. Wir danken für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Wonderful

This villa is fantastic. It's a lovely modern building but with rustic charm and the setting, in an avocado plantation with banana and kumquat trees, is so peaceful and private. The pool is perfectly sized and the view from the two terraces down the valley to the sea is great. The village of Frigiliana is above you on the hill and is no more than 5 mins walk away - it is up a fairly steep hill but nothing impossible. Jose Manuel is lovely. We only saw him at check in, check out and once when he came to clean the pool. He speaks very little English so a translation app is useful but to be honest we got by fine, it's easy enough to understand each other. The only other thing to mention is that there are two slightly raised bits of surface on either side at the top of the drive so it's important to make sure you drive out before turning so you don't catch the underside of your car on them. The drive is steep and the crst drops away quickly so although we had an SUV, we scraped it a couple of times. No damage though, just something to bear in mind. On the whole, a brilliant place to stay in a stunning region.

Property is exactly as it says in the brochure, the location is close enough to the busy streets of Frigiliana but far enough down a very steep un-listed road to be incredibly quiet. The pool was big enough for all of us to play and take a dip in when the weather got the best of us. This villa has to be the most authentic Spanish villa we have stayed in, the fixtures and fittings are very basic and there are a lot of things that could do with updating and refreshing like the sun beds, parasols and lounge area chairs. The property is listed as having Air Conditioning but it is not clear there is none at all in any of the bedrooms, and the only unit is in the lounge area and it’s not very big/powerful. Fans were provided by Felix but only two of the three actually worked, we ended up hiring an additional A/C unit locally but used it sparingly. Felix is amazing, he lives and works locally and came round at least 6-7 times during our stay to repair a leak, clean the pool and swap the bedding! You will need a good translation APP to communicate with him though as he understands very little English.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell im Dorf. Frigiliana ist wunderhübsch und hat sehr gute Restaurants. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und der Garten hängt voll mit Avocados. Traumhaft! Manolo ist sehr, sehr freundlich und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir ein Problem hatten. Mit der Übersetzungs-App war auch die Verständigung kein Problem. Das letzte Stück der Anfahrt zum Haus, ist sehr steil und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig :) Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Dit huis ligt op een hele mooie plek in Frigiliana tegen een berg. Hierdoor is het heerlijk rustig,

Dit huis ligt op een hele mooie plek in Frigiliana tegen een berg. Hierdoor is het heerlijk rustig, en hoor je weinig van de drukte in het dorp. Het dorp wordt dagelijks drik bezocht door vele toeristen waardoor het bruist. Je kunt er heerlijk eten bij de vele gezellige restaurantjes waar de kwaliteit van de gerechten hoog is, en niet duur. Het huisje is relatief klein. Wij misten de airco op de bovenverdieping, waardoor onze kinderen er niet konden slapen in temperaturen tussen 30 en 38 graden, en zij noodgedwongen in de woonkamer moesten bivakkeren waar de enige airco is. Warm water uit de kraan kun je alleen verwachten bij zonnig en warm weer(wij hebben 5 van 14 dagen zon gehad, de rest zware bewolking) douchen was dus geen pretje. Jammer dat het lager gelegen terras en het pad er naar toe deels geblokkeerd worden door de laag hangende takken van de vele avocadobomen, die eveneens in de lager gelegen boomgaard grotendeels het uitzicht blokkeerden naar de zee( kwestie van de zaak snoeien). Het zwembad is prima. Ook de eigenaar José Manuel is een leuke behulpzame man die enkel Spaans spreekt. Maar met een vertaalapp kom je een heel eind. Helaas bracht hij naar ons idee te vaak onaangekondigd en ongevraagd een bezoek, waardoor we vaker verrast werden door zijn plotselinge aanwezigheid. Bedankt dat wij je huis mochten huren José Manuel.

Das Haus ist toll. Es hat alles. Der herrliche Pool, eine maximale Tiefe von 1,60, ideal für Kinder, die zu Fuß spielen können. Es ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Stadt entfernt, so dass Sie kein Auto nehmen müssen, um spazieren zu gehen oder zu Abend zu essen. Viele Wege zu Fuß praktisch vom Haus aus. Manuel, der Besitzer, könnte nicht wunderbarer sein, ein großartiger Mann, der Ihnen bei allem hilft und Sie bei allem berät, Routen, Restaurants und wenn Sie etwas brauchen, wird er es sofort lösen. Wir haben es geliebt und wir werden es auf jeden Fall wiederholen. Eine fantastische Woche.

La casa está muy bien equipada, limpia y de fácil acceso. El porche acristalado tiene un sofá muy cómodo (ideal para siestas, ¡comprobado!) y las terrazas muy bien ubicadas, por la mañana da el sol en la de la barbacoa, y por la tarde en la del porche delantero, una maravilla, da el sol todo el día. La piscina la pudimos disfrutar poco por la época en la que fuimos pero nos metimos un rato y está muy bien, muy grande y profunda, si vas con niños pequeños tendrás que tenerlos vigilados. Tiene un pequeño "mirador" desde el que se ve el mar con una mesa y un par de sillas, lo suficientemente alejado de la casa y bastante rodeado de árboles como para tener intimidad durante un rato y poder estar solo, o en pareja. Las camas son cómodas y la cocina tiene de todo para cocinar lo que sea. En definitiva: un lugar para disfrutar y para volver.
