Holiday apartment with a special flair, view of the mountains and close to the lake.

Beautiful, light-flooded, individually furnished apartment with a wonderful view of the Swiss mountains and Lake Constance.

The newly created garden with several terraces, seats, sunbathing plunge pools with a stream invites you to linger, relax and have a barbecue.
Children can play in the garden to their heart's content while the parents
can relax at the various berths.
The kitchen is fully equipped - washing machine and dryer are in the basement for shared use with other guests.
Parking facilities and bicycle parking space are available.
The lido is in the immediate vicinity - as well as a supermarket and bus stop. The city center and the train station are about 2 km away - everything is within walking distance.

Das perfekte Zuhause weg von zuhause. Eine sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten ist sehr idyllisch mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, und die Aussicht und die ruhige Umgebung macht Freude. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern, die zufällig für Gartenarbeiten vor Ort waren. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Automat mit regionalen Produkten für den spontanen Sonntags- oder Nachteinkauf (Brot, Eier, Obst, Grillwaren, etc.). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hebben hier bijna een week verbleven. Mooi appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Er bevinden zich nog 2 appartementen in dit huis. Geen last van de anderen vakantiegangers ondervonden. Voldoende te doen op en rondom de bodensee. Tup zou zijn om wat folders in het huisje te plaatsen wat er in de buurt te doen is.Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

Wohnung in Friedrichshafen

Zuerst das positive. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat komfortable Betten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einem Garten der von allen benützt werden kann.Die Küche ist nicht sehr groß aber hat alles was man zum kochen während der Ferien braucht und ein guter Supermarkt ist sehr nahe mit dem Auto. Das Ess/ Wohnzimmer hat einen schönen Blick in den Garten. Parken vor dem Haus kein Problem. Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine und Trockner.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Negative:Die Wohnung ist als eine Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern gelistet und wurde als solche von uns gebucht. Das ist nicht korrekt und die Bilder sind irreführend. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einen weiteren Raum mit Kinderbetten sobald man den Raum betritt und einem Doppelbett am Ende des Raums.Also nur 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung sollte nicht als 3 Schlafzimmer Wohnung angeboten werden. Die Wohnung hat schöne Gardinen aber sie sind lichtdurchlässig. Es gibt keine Rollläden.Es wird also sehr früh sehr hell.Da wir immer Blackout Folien dabei haben war dies kein Problem aber ohne wäre es schwierig. Zusammenfassend eine schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend.Nur die Beschreibung als 3 Schlafzimmer sollte wirklich geändert werden.

Prima verblijf, rustige omgeving. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, genoeg ruimte voor 5 personen. Ramen kunnen goed tegen elkaar open worden gezet - fijn voor de warme dagen. Keuken is krap voor meer dan 1 persoon, wel zeer volledig uitgerust. Balkon is te smal om met gezin op te vertoeven. Er kan gebruik worden gemaakt van de tuin, echter dan met de trap naar beneden. Mooie tuin.

Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis zur Bahn- oder Bushaltestelle waren es nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß, sodass das Auto die meiste Zeit nicht gebraucht wurde.

A perfect property to stay in Friedrichshafen. Very comfortable and homely. All facilities very good. Excellent location, and views of the lake and the mountains from the apartment. Hosts were very helpful and provided us with a new fan when it was hot. Would be very happy to return. Lots to do in the area, particularly liked the strandbad (lido) nearby.

Das Objekt is ein sehr schön gelegenes Objekt! Die Parkplatz Situation vor dem Haus war nicht ganz so optimal, wie beschrieben. Ansonsten ist es sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist nichts alltägliches. Es war eine große Freude, in dieser Wohnung zu übernachten. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.😊😁👌🏻

Toller Familien Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der FeWo. Sie war super ausgestattet und toll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gut geschlafen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine kurzfristige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.
