"We were to stay two nights. Airport went on strike and we couldn’t get there. Tried to cancel no communication between Vrbo the host and me. No refund when it was not our fault. Other people stuck there for days. Could have rebooked with them. Told that this happens every July. Charged for stays that they can’t get the people there."

"Everything was just perfect! Communication from the very beginning with Ingrid was informative and reply’s were quick. On arrival Ingrid had a taxi waiting to take us to the Villa where Ingrid and Olivier were waiting to greet us. They were very polite and showed us around their beautiful Villa which was very clean and tidy. Ingrid gave us lots of advice on what to do, where to go and places to eat in Bora Bora. "Everything about our stay was superb. Basically, a separate wing of their home was our lodging. However, you are free to stay in their living room, kitchen, garden, and beautiful pool. "Great hotel in a perfect part of Bora Bora. Able to kayak out to the Coral Garden. Saw lots of reef fish, rays and sharks. The staff are all really lovely and the over water bungalow was wonderful. Didn’t use the restaurant as there are a few bars and restaurants just a short walk away."
