What a magical find. Love the hotel and its proximity to the beach and the restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful. Don’t usually go for hotel breakfast but this was the exception.
Had a small double room away from sea which I now wish I’d paid the extra for. SJDL is a beautiful place and this hotel is the right place to enjoy it from.

Great location just in the heart of the city all the shops, restaurants and the beach are 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but everything is clean and well maintained. It also has all basic equipment in the rooms with coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable!
The reception is not 24/7, so make sure you are aligned with the staff on the details of your check in

The hotel in lovely and obviously caters for the ‘Up Market’ clientele that they get given the proximity to the fashionable town of Biarritz, however Breakfast was not included and cost 26€ each!!!!! Far too much for a continental breakfast with additional hot items extra! Also be aware you are right next to an airport and will get occasional jet noise (not that busy though.

The foods is exquisite and of Michelin star standard - make sure you try the souffle desert.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about. The only reason I gave 4/5 on service is because there is nobody at the desk from 8pm - 8am. This didn't bother me in any way and if I were going to check in later then they said they'd be there. I'd recommend La Marisa to anyone and would stay again.
