Welcome to “A wave from it all.” This fully furnished, BRAND NEW 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers beautiful ocean and bay views from covered front and back decks. Located in the quiet San Luis subdivision (outside city limits) you have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, dock/pier as well as the free beach access road directly across the Blue Water Highway. This home offers an open concept fully furnished kitchen, dining, living room with upscale furnishings, modern amenities, and coastal décor. With a whole home water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system on the fridge, so you’ll always have pure clean water. Enjoy meals at the dining table (6) with room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Take advantage of the outdoor dining table (6) on the covered back deck to feel the gulf breeze and watch the waves roll in. Please help yourself to the Keurig k-duo coffeemaker with 12 cup carafe and complimentary single server k-cup pods to watch the sunrise/sunsets. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have wall-mounted smart TV’s so everyone can enjoy their own show. Renters can log into their own Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts. Free Cable TV is accessible through “YouTube TV” provided by the owner. The Master bedroom (king bed) has a bay view, walk-in closet, private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate water closet (toilet). The Guest room (queen bed) has beach views. Both the Master and Guest room have USB chargers mounted to bedside nightstands. The Bunkroom has beach views and includes adult size bunk beds that sleep 4 with a DVD player and DVD library to choose from. The owner is also providing board games, puzzles, cards, dominos in the living room cabinet, and kids beach toys located under the stairs. A fish cleaning station is available downstairs after a day on the water. The outdoor shower has hot/cold water. Feel free to cook your catch on the gas grill (propane tank included. This home is perfect for a calm and relaxing getaway. If there is an overflow of guests, please see the beautiful “Purple Paradise” available for rent next door.

Explore our wonderful beach town community of Surfside. Drive 10 minutes to Surfside Jetty Park where you have free access to the harbor channel, pedestrian beach, and playground. Watch the ships come in while you fish and walk the flower and butterfly trails. Drive your car or boat to Dorado’s Dive Club. Enjoy the harbor views, delicious food, beverages (Margarita’s!), great music, and an awesome atmosphere.

Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing.

This property was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The property owner was thoughtful and attentive when needed. The location was close enough to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park to be convenient, but also far enough away to find peace and quiet in the evening. Highly recommend!

This was a spur of the moment trip that we planned in 2 weeks. We were able to make changes to our dates easily and without any hassle. The house was amazing and very accommodating for our family. It was close to the beaches which we greatly enjoyed and Galveston.

The beach house was very comfortable and beautiful. Beds were all comfortable. The only issue is the smell in the house. There is a strong musty stale smell through out. I believe there is a moisture problem that is causing the smell.

This charming and cozy home is beautifully decorated for the beach and the furnishings are so comfortable. It is well stocked for anything you need. It has great views of the bay and the beach . The beach entrance is a very short drive, practically across the street and you can drive your vehicle right to the spot you want to spend your day at. The only down sides are the mosquitos that really were just by the house at night if there was no light not the beach and smell of the faucet water which can’t be helped. Great place! Would love to go back.

House was perfect size for our family. Nice Bunk room was great for our four teens. Super clean and beds were very comfortable. Convenient to bay or beach ~ short distance to boat ramp and pier and N easy walk across the main road to public beach entrance. Favorite part of the house is there are two decks, one in each side of the house so you can catch both the sunrise and sunset. Had plenty of soap, shampoo, detergent, and extra coffee. Only recommendation would be to have more than three beach towels and house has a new smell that is strong. Not sure what they could do to help.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Love the beachy decorations. Everything was very clean and felt brand new. We enjoyed watching the beach from the back deck and the sunset from the front porch. Entrance to the beach was conveniently directly in front of the neighborhood entrance. The neighborhood was very quiet. Kitchen was very spacious and easy to prepare all our meals. There are several restaurants just a short drive away, if you don't want to cook. The only downside for us was the foul smelling water. Like the owners recommend, bring plenty of water bottles for drinking, cooking, etc. Our teens enjoyed the games and video streaming apps during our downtimes. We love the beach at Freeport/Surfside! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful spacious home!

We looked for a relatively new house that was non-smoking and pet free because of allergies to both. The good: the house is new, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated. The Bad: it REEKS of stale cigarettes. We got home and are going to have to launder our luggage as well as clothes. The smell was so bad that it wafted outside when someone would open the back porch door to come out. It made me sick and I could not sleep all week because I could not breathe. The ugly: this home does not have a water filtration system that filters out the salt water or the sulfur smell in the water. It is hard to bathe in, and you would not want to put a child in the yellow bath water the tub provides. The drinking water out of the highly touted reverse osmosis system on the fridge also tasted like salt. I called the property manager who quickly called the owner to find answers to my questions about the salty water. I was assured that nobody smokes in the house, but the maintenance worker who came to take out the trash can never dropped his cigarette as he got out of his truck and took the trash can to the curb on Thursday. The property manager answered us quickly, but told us the owner was in charge of the water filtration system and that he would have to drive up when he could to look at it. The property manager did provide us with additional bottled water to supplement what we brought, and we were thankful for that olive branch. Overall, the home is so beautiful and views are so spectacular that I hate to review it so poorly. However, the smoke smell and water that smelled of sulfur and tasted of salt ruined our vacation. Not everyone will care about the smoke smell or water taste, smell, and feel, but, for those who do, I would not recommend this house. The listing should not tout the reverse osmosis water system or water filtration system because they do not give fresh clean water to drink as advertised.

House is beautiful, clean and fresh de or and well planned out floorplan. Pictures do not do it justice! Great balconies with a view of the ocean and a 2nd with a view of the bay. Beach access is directly across the street and just a couple minute walk, although we found most drive vehicles and park them on the beach with a tent behind the trunk tailgate style. We had a great time! Thank you!

Absolutely gorgeous decor and perfect location! The minute we opened the front door it was ahhh and oooh and wow! The decor is outstanding and you feel so welcomed and at home! Every single part was awesome! The only hiccup we encountered was the internet connection and tv. It did not work for us and the tv always froze so we weren't able to watch anything at the end of our days. Other than that 100% recommend! We will be back for sure! Thanks Vacasa for a great stay!

This is an amazing, immaculate home with easy beach access and amazing sunset views. My family (3 generations) were impressed as soon as we opened the door! Everything from the decor to the furtniture to the flatware wowed us. There were ample towels and an updated washer and dryer. The owners really thought of everything (there's even a cooler in the pantry!). The only thing I can consider a con was the poor connectivity of the Smart TVs but honestly we didn't get a beach house to watch Netflix 😉. We really would have appreciated some lounge chairs on the back balcony to fall asleep on with the sea breeze but this is by far one of the best rentals ever. Would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a Surfside getaway.
