Welcome to our newly renovated house located just 1 mile from Main St. Our home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a private backyard, a gas fire pit, a cowboy cooker, a private patio area with outdoor furniture, a hot tub, foosball table and a dart board.

The home has three queens and two king beds. It also features two smart TV’s, high speed WiFi, a washer / dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances.

We had 6 adults stay here with plenty of room. Enjoyed the Hot Tub, fire pit and propane fire pit on the back porch. Very clean when we arrived, and cozy. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our visit. The house was nicely decorated, very clean and spacious. The back patio set up was nice. We unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy it but we will hopefully rent this place again.

The home was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we loved the decor. The house is only a few minutes by car to Main Street and 20 minutes to Enchanted rock. It was a great stay!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for my birthday and it was perfect! The neighborhood was nice, house was clean, Lots of room, comfy decor, and we absolutely loved the cute backyard patio and hot tub! The inclusion of all the games everywhere in the house was also awesome. All in all a great place to stay!

Perfect accommodations!!

Friends and I stayed at this adorable house for one night to experience 24 hours in Fredericksburg. The house was everything we needed with plenty of beds and bathroom space and the best part was the hot tub! The neighborhood was perfectly located close to town for a large group this place was perfect!

Cute house. Fire pit patio and hot tub was fantastic. Do wish curtains provided a bit more privacy and sun blocking. Otherwise, perfect for our weekend and would stay here again.

Property was comfortable and well kept. Plenty of space for everyone to gather together or retreat for solitude. Furnished game table and board games were a nice touch. Coffee setup was much appreciated. Wish the converted garage had central air. Overall very satisfied.

Loved It!

We had originally booked at one of Joe's other properties, but had to reschedule. Since the first home wasn't available, we booked here and were pleasantly surprised. It was so much bigger and better than what we were expecting. The shower in the master had the perfect water pressure. Great location and great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was just what we needed for the 7 of us. We all had our own rooms with privacy. The house was very clean, the back yard was nice. We sat out at night under the stars, the kids (14,17 & 20) went in the hot tub every night and had a blast. One night we cooked steaks on the fire pit (they were amazing). One nice thing about this house it had washer & dryer so we could do laundry every day. We were close to most of the things that we had on our list of things to do and see while in Fredericksburg. We would go back to this house next time we are in the area. The host would answer any questions i had ASAP. Loved it there.

The Big House

I took my mother, my two adult daughters and 2 year old grandson on a girl’s trip and the last four days were here in Fredericksburg. The house is absolutely adorable! A newly renovated home I’d guess was built in the 60’s. The backyard was very large and plenty of room for my 2 yo grandson to wander around and ride his bike. You can park your vehicle in the front or the gated back. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated without clutter. The weather was brutally hot while we were there so we did not get to enjoy the back patio as I would have liked. We also arrived with the temperature inside of 84 degrees. After we tried turning down the thermostat and running all the fans and the temp was getting higher, I contacted Joe who replied immediately. He asked that I check the settings and give it a little more time. Upon investigation I found several of the air vents closed completely and several more closed partially. Joe still sent out an HVAC repairman to make sure there wasn’t any other issue. The house finally cooled off that night and we didn’t have any problems after. The kitchen is very well equipped but be aware they do not have a dishwasher, so bring the kids. Lol! Of course, with as many amazing restaurants around, no need to cook. The beds were very comfortable and they had lots to entertain guests of all ages. Although it’s not a large home, my grandson kept calling it “The Big House”, so that’s where my title comes from. It was very spacious.
