It provides ample space, hardwood flooring throughout the unit, and excellent amenities. Conveniently located near downtown Fraser, residents can easily enjoy the local restaurants, breweries, and summer hiking and biking trails. Furthermore, the free town shuttle stop is conveniently positioned near the main entrance. The main living area showcases vaulted ceilings, a comfortable sofa surrounding a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. Residents can access the private deck, which offers a view and a picnic table for outdoor dining. The fully remodeled kitchen features a small breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. Next to the kitchen, the dining area is an alcove equipped with a table and chairs that accommodate up to six people. Near the main entrance of the unit, a washer and dryer can be found in the hallway. There are two bedrooms located on the lower level.
