Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Unapproved late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $50 in half hour increments. 6\. If you have to cancel your trip past the cancellation window deadline, we will refund you any amount we are able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. We don't believe in "double-dipping" if your nights are able to be rebooked. 7\. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate. 8\.
