Beautiful views of the resort and surrounding mountain range, a perfect family vacation home. Walk to downtown Winter Park in 15 minutes. Free shuttle to the resort! This spacious home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, updated finishes, tasteful furniture and modern electronics. The condo includes a spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. Its warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain retreat. Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV in the main area. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and baking, including all the utensils and full-size appliances. Sleeping arrangement: \-Master bedroom features a queen-size bed \-2nd bedroom features a queen-size bed \-3rd bedroom features bunk beds (twin size) \-4th bedroom features a full-size bunk bed and a single twin bed. Can sleep up to five kids. Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces; sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use. Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc. Grand County is located in the heart of the Rockies and as a whole is a gem. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and plenty to explore. During the summer season, there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter we are host to world-renowned skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides to name a few. Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas. Respectful Behavior: Be considerate of neighbors and their property. The house was the perfect size for our group and the amount of bathrooms was a huge plus! The kitchen was stocked with the cooking basics, and there were plenty of towels in the house. It was very comfy, plenty of seating and comfortable beds to sleep in. They were also so accommodating when we got snowed in and had to extend our stay for a night.
