The primary floor of the condominium is elevated by six steps, allowing for an appreciation of the expansive layout adorned with hardwood flooring throughout. It includes a living room with vaulted ceilings, a kitchen, a dining area, and a private balcony. A comfortable leather sofa invites relaxation, whether you are enjoying the view through the sliding glass doors, warming up by the gas fireplace, or watching a game on the large flat-screen TV. The dining area showcases a generous table that can comfortably accommodate all guests and provides convenient access to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, elegant wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. To reach the loft bedroom that overlooks the living room below, ascend one flight of stairs from the living area.
