We have a key-code deadbolt on the front door, so you never have to worry about juggling/losing keys for the property. The kids will love making snow angels and snow forts in the winter in the front yard of our .7 acre lot. In the summer, there's plenty of yard for croquet or kicking a soccer ball around. Folks have setup badminton and volleyball nets all kinds of outdoor playtime. The dogs will appreciate the dog door that leads out to the huge log deck and a 5 ft high fenced backyard. We have a pack n' play and a high chair at the house for the little ones. The home boasts a fully equipped hickory kitchen with stainless appliances, a huge stone fireplace in the living room stocked with firewood, 4 LCD TVs with cable and HBO, hundreds of blu-rays and DVDs with surround sound, PS3, a BBQ grill, a basement with full size washer/dryer and a mud room off the garage with plenty of storage for your skis/snowboards and snow gear. The house was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and (insert dramatic pause) actually had comfortable beds! The house was perfect for our two dogs, three adults and two kids. Great outdoor space and access to the pool/hottub/club just a couple blocks away was such a bonus. It’s a great facility. This home worked well for our family of 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs! The deck was a fun area to hang out. Fenced in back yard was fantastic for dogs. The owner had great communication and answered any and all questions I had, he was kind and quick to respond. The location was perfect, it was a quiet road but so close to everything you could need, and the shuttle to Winter Park. The house itself was wonderful as well, and was perfect for our group. The living and kitchen areas are wonderful for a group to all be together for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms and bath setups allow for great privacy and sharing. The deck was amazing to relax and enjoy the quiet privacy that the house brings.
