Welcome to our home at 404 Doc Susie Avenue. Looking for the ideal Colorado retreat in downtown Fraser? This beautifully renovated home has been thoughtfully renovated and designed for comfort and offers plenty of room to host family and friends. The ideal location in downtown Fraser allows for an easy stroll to restaurants and quick access to nearby trails to enjoy year-round or snow tubing in the winter. The main living area offers a wonderful spot to relax after a day of adventures in the area and enjoy your favorite programming on the 65” Smart TV. At the end of the main living area, the dining table offers seating for up to six guests and has a dedicated work station. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cabinets, newer appliances, custom tiled back splash and tiled flooring. The mud room has a bench and space for your coats, jackets and footwear. A cozy laundry room has a washer and dryer with a folding cabinet. There is one full bathroom in the home with a single vanity sink and a tub and shower. The primary bedroom is off the living room area with a double-sized bed, large closet, 55” Smart TV and sitting area with coffee table and queen-sized futon if you would like a spot to relax and watch the television. The second and third bedrooms are down the hallway on the opposite side of the living room. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Please note that there is a ring door bell at the front viewing the driveway and camera for the back patio. Bedding: Queen, Double, Double Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, 55” and 65” smart TV, Amazon Echo for streaming music or podcasts, private patio, dedicated work station, laundry room, wet bar and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning and no fireplace. Parking: There is parking for 3 vehicles in front of the house. Please do not drive down the driveway to the back of the home - there are gas and sewer lines located here. Please do not park on the street. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age.
