The living room features a cozy sofa, a flat screen television, a wood burning fireplace, and is connected to the dining area that can seat four at the table, with an additional two spots available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen comes with new countertops, appliances, and cabinets, ensuring it is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. The bedroom includes a Queen bed, and there is a full bathroom situated in the hallway. Additional features of the unit include complimentary Wi-Fi access and the absence of air conditioning. The Meadow Ridge complex is situated 2 miles away from the primary downtown area of Winter Park, with complimentary town shuttle services available for transportation to the property. Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse provides an outdoor heated pool, large hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access. It was perfect for my fiance and I while we were in town for a wedding. The only “down side” was that the bathroom would sometimes smell like light cigarette smoke. But the smell wouldn’t travel outside of the bathroom, which is good. Just an FYI for those who have asthma like me or are sensitive to smells. It didn’t bother me much.
