This property was perfect for me and my two adult children. Very clean, great view, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. Comfortable beds and pillows, which is always important to me. Loved this Property and would stay here again.
This property was very welcoming to pets, with a great nearby trail for walking dogs — a huge plus for us. It was easy to find, simple to access, and in a great location for getting to Winter Park and Fraser.The unit had decent kitchen supplies and even a small stock of spices, which was much appreciated and made cooking easier.A couple of minor downsides: the TV system was a bit complicated to operate, the internet was somewhat spotty, and the temperature was hard to regulate. The unit tended to be quite cold during the day and too warm at night, and the radiant heating system didn’t allow for easy adjustment to a comfortable setting.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect place for a long weekend get away with friends. Unit had everything we needed and was in a perfect location.

Great Stay!
The condo was beautiful, and full of little touches that made it feel like home, we had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our dog as well. Loved having bus access to Winter Park. The team at Winter Park Lodging was fantastic and supportive of all our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful trip!
My husband and I and our dog stayed here for 4 nights. The property was spotless and so incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals and the views from the porch and windows are stunning. We had such a relaxing stay, I was so sad to leave.
We would 100% stay here again. Loved it!

Perfect situation for 4 people. The space was clean and provided everything we could need. Bbq pit on the patio made grilling super convenient. The little welcome kit with snacks was a nice touch.
Beautiful views from the living room patio. Ski shuttle was walkable, as well.
We visit WP every summer to bike at Trestle. This condo is on the third floor, which made it a little tricky to store bikes as there is no where else to keep them. It’s a decent size condo, modern and very clean, all in a great location, and pet friendly is often hard to find. You can literally walk to the Vicious Cycle brewery and join the other pups and humans on the patio for a local brew- they even hand out pup cups! It was pretty warm being summer but mgmt did offer extra fans. I imagine it’s perfect for winter. I wouldve given 5 stars if it were a little cooler. A neighbor who lives in the building clearly didnt like renters…left a note on our door to say so much while we went out for dinner. It didnt spoil our stay- just surprised. Mgmt company was cery responsive and helpful.
We loved the views from this very clean, well-appointed condo. Easy access to Winter Park and very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely book again!

Wonderfull experience
We had a wonderful experience at the Cozers Point apartment, which was perfectly clean and well-maintained upon our arrival. It offered several amenities and had everything we needed for our visit to Winter Park. We will definitely book with Winter Park Lodging again on our return trip.
It was so cozy and had everything we needed. The nicest surprise was having a full size lit up and decorated Christmas tree when we entered the condo. Really helped us feel more Christmas-y since we were away from home for the holiday. The king bed was really comfy as was the couch! Nicer supplies were all around…Tide pods…Dawn soap..,nice paper towels and foil and Ziplocks! Communication with the managers was also really good. Great folks! Thank you for a lovely stay!!
It was an easy stay, 12 minutes from Winter Park resort. New construction, decorated nicely and comfortable.

Great condo
We stayed at cozens point and it was a great condo. We are a family of 4 so it was nice having the 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. This is our second stay using Winter Park Lodging Company and their customer service is exceptional!
The property was very nice. The property had a newer feel to it. The kids loved the bedroom with the bunk beds and their own TV. The kitchen was well equipped, and easily met all of our needs. The location of the property was great also. It is just a short drive from all of the activities.

Amazing stay!
Our condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. We've stayed at rentals like this before and they usually come with one roll of tp, one roll of paper towels, no liquid soap, laundry soap or dishwasher soap. The unit was fully stocked for our stay. We would most definitely return to Winter Park and stay with you at Cozens Pointe. Thank you!
The place is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. I would add to the losing that it's a third floor condo, so you will be going up two full flights of stairs. Also, this is a pet friendly unit, i would advise pet owners that the stair treads are metal and have sharp pointy grated non slip surfaces. My dog would not have walked up those stairs.

Thank you for giving us great service and help in making our stay in Fraser so enjoyable. Your responsiveness and accessibility before and during our visit were top-notch. We called twice for help with the tv remote and it was great to have a technical run right over to help us with it. It wasn't an issue with the remote or the tv it was our inexperience that needed the support. I also love the way you send text and email instructions prior to arrival. Makes the whole travel experience feel so stressless.
The home was in perfect condition, access was easy, location was great. Impressed with quality of furnishings. The couch was very nice, as was the additional living room seating, balcony furniture and dining area.
Overall was well stocked with games, extra fans, blankets in the living room.
Very thankful to have such a nice place offered as pet friendly! There was plenty of space in the complex area to walk the pups as well as a trail off the rear that gave us a mini hike of sorts.
Kitchen could use some additional items like condiments, cutting boards (possible I just didn't find the cutting boards) etc but overall was functional and well thought out. There was starter coffee on site as well, enough for 2 mornings for 2 of us.
Bathrooms were nice but could use some additional toiletries like body wash and better quality products in general. They stock the tiny hotel size conditioner, shampoo, body lotion and bar soap. Tons of TP though! 2 towels per person were provided along with wash clothes and hand towels. Another nice little bonus were the dog bowls.
The customer service was impeccable, communication was moved off the app to text and email immediately which made it very easy to reach out to the managers.
We had a great stay @ Cozen’s. It’s such a cute little neighborhood. A hot tub would have made it even better! It was great to be able to bring a pet. My Pug, Mae Mae, had a blast! We will come back asap!
