The inviting 2-bedroom condominium, located on the second floor of the building in Fraser within the Grand Park neighborhood, is conveniently positioned near trails, activities, and events, making it a perfect retreat after a day of adventure in the mountains. Upon entering the unit, one will discover a designated area for storing all outdoor gear conveniently in one place, along with a long hallway that leads to the remainder of the condominium, which includes access to a spacious washer and dryer. The living room boasts an open floor plan, featuring a ceiling fan and large windows that offer breathtaking views of the mountains. Furthermore, it is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a gas stove fireplace, and a double-sized sofa sleeper for two additional sleeping arrangements, as well as access to a private deck outfitted with a BBQ grill for use during the warmer summer months.
