This property is ideally suited for two couples or a small family gathering, and it is just a short walk to the town shuttle. The inviting 2-bedroom condominium, located on the second floor of the building in Fraser within the Grand Park neighborhood, is conveniently positioned near trails, activities, and events, making it a perfect retreat after a day of adventure in the mountains. Upon entering the unit, one will discover a designated area for storing all outdoor gear conveniently in one place, along with a long hallway that leads to the remainder of the condominium, which includes access to a spacious washer and dryer. The living room boasts an open floor plan, featuring a ceiling fan and large windows that offer breathtaking views of the mountains. Furthermore, it is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a gas stove fireplace, and a double-sized sofa sleeper for two additional sleeping arrangements, as well as access to a private deck outfitted with a BBQ grill for use during the warmer summer months. Adjacent to the living area is the gourmet kitchen, which serves as an excellent gathering space for enjoying meals after participating in various outdoor activities.
