"We liked the stay in a Napoleon hotel from July 1-4, 2025. Want to say Thank you to entire team working at the hotel: reception, food service, cleaning, etc. The area of the hotel is not clean and safe."

"Excellent hotel staff and cleanliness. Perfectly located close to the Colosseum, it was an easy walk there and to many great restaurants. We loved the shaded rooftop bar and also enjoyed the swimming pool. We were there during the extreme heat of July and were so pleased with the GREAT AIR-CONDITIONING in the room. The breakfast buffet was also very good with plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely stay there again. 5 stars"

"Nice location with restaurants and small shopping close by. The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast and easy. The aircon would only go down to 21C. I would have preferred a bit more control to drop the temp lower, but it was okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
