The property was beautiful well kept. Close to airport and mall shopping area. The only problem was they advertise shuttle transportation to airport when we left I said I needed to go to airport they said wait 3 min and a car came once dropped off at airport they charged us. So they have to be clear with that. Breakfast WAS UNREAL big selection clean unreal. Best ever! Easy check in -

Hotel is perfectly located: 10min from the airport, 15min from the falls and 10min from the city centre. The rooms have been recently renovated and are comfortable. The swimming pool is perfect for the kids. Only think to improve on in the restaurant and the food. The food is average and expensive for Brazil. Would recommend you take an Uber to town. Other than that would recommend for a visit to the falls

We loved staying here, our only regret was not being able to stay longer! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and modern. The breakfast and the buffet dinner we tried were amazing - a lot better than other places we had been. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and picturesque definitely recommend staying here !

Excellent hotel to stay. Super close to the airport and the falls. Be prepared to eat at property because there are no restaurants around. But the restaurant in the hotel has excellent breakfast and dinner. The pool area is also nice. Overall we enjoyed the time we spent here.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst we visited the Iguazu falls. The breakfast buffet was lovely as was the evening dinner buffet. Very reasonably priced. There is a bar on the pool level and another on the first floor, which has a nice terrace. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Eco Cataratas - amazing hotel

We had a great time at the Eco Cataratas Hotel. The structure is amazing (especially if you have children), the staff friendly and helpful, the location very convenient and the food sooooo yummy. And I can't enough good things about the staff group that takes care of the kids' entertainment, they were more than amazing, and our daughter had a great time.

The stay was great. The breakfast at this location is wonderful. The staff moved us without issue when out adjoining room neighbors were loud. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds were beautiful. The sink did end up leaking and backing up a bit but that wasn't the biggest deal.

Great hotel with fantastic facilities, set in beautiful grounds. Very good value for money. Great location for exploring Iguazu from both Brazilian and Argentinian sides. Buffet breakfast fantastic and varied each day. Very limited walkable dining options nearby but hotel offered evening buffet at reasonable price with options changing nightly. Ubers ate a great way to get around and are able to access hotel grounds.

I asked for 2rooms for 4 adults, when I checked in I got 1 room for 4 adults and double the charge for what I originally wanted. I believed the price I paid was sufficient for 2 rooms. We were in a very uncomfortable situation for me and my friends. The hotel itself was very nice. Food on buffet looked beautiful but the fruit was not ripe, cakes were dry. The second day I had an omelette which was very good. I had an excellent massage at the spa.

I upgraded the room. Big mistake, first hotel never to give complementary water in room. Shower was faulty and flooded bathroom, was ‘ fixed’ but every time someone has a shower the water came through the wall into bedroom/hall way, through switches. I told the staff many times, one just laughed at me?! I don’t understand how they thought water coming through otherside of shower wall was acceptable. Breakfast was good, buffet dinner nice. Monday only choice is buffet dinner, Ubers easy to get to go to different restaurants. Nice foyer, pool (though it was closed 3/4 days we were there) though looked nice. Steam room was good.
This was day one, it was worse by the time we left on day 4.
Looked nice though didn’t sadly get to go in.
