Pros: - The staff are great, very helpful. - Location is very close to the Iguazu national parks, border to Argentina, and the IGU airport - Breakfast was good, with lots of options - Hotel has large pools, great for kids. Gym is decent Cons: - The rooms are a bit dated, and slight musky smell in the 2nd floor hallway, probably from high humidity and carpets. - The shower has bottles for shampoo and conditioner, but strangely the body soap dispenser is outside the shower. - Towel hanger is too far from shower

The front desk staff was super helpful and accommodating to non portugués speaking customers. Helped us order a pizza, held our luggage while we visited the Amazon for three days and they have a great user friendly laundromat next door to hotel.
