Good place in the city center

Quite OK place. Friendly people, ok breakfast, nice pool. No luxury, but comfortable enough. Very good location in the centre of town, with all kinds of restaurants and bars around. No view.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a fabulous little place. Location is great for getting to both sides of the falls. The area around it didn’t feel too greats limited restaurants other than burgers and pizza. Shops were very good and close by. Staff were helpful, friendly and lovely. I really enjoyed my time here. A great place to stay when out and about exploring. Highly recommend.

This was an unexpected good stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty of options. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk around the hotel and experience the variety of local eateries. The only mildly irritating issue was parking - spots were taken by early evening, and we had to scramble around to fit our small car into a space. Regardless, this will be a hotel we will visit again. Good value for money.

We stayed here because the hotel had a very high rating. It certainly lived up to it's expectation. Everything and everyone were very good. I have to mention the breakfast. We had been on holiday for 4 weeks in Brazil and Argentina and the breakfast here was the best - the quality and standard was superb.

No airport pickup, great in house travel service

The stay got off to a rocky start--no one showed up to pick me up at the airport (I had been in contact with reception about the pick up the day before my arrival, but I never received a solid confirmation). I called the hotel many times from the airport but in transferring me to find someone who spoke Spanish or English, the call was repeatedly dropped (more than 10 times). After a frustrating hour or so at the airport, I was instructed to take a taxi to the hotel. The guy checking me in apologized for the mistake but that was it. Best part of the hotel was the travel agent, who was super nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Otherwise the stay was uneventful: room was small but ok, breakfast was standard Brazilian food.

- Um hotel que já tem um certo tempo, então tenham compreensão sobre o fato de que a estrutura precisa de algumas reformas. - Hotel bom, de maneira geral. - Funcionários todos, sem exceção foram muuuito solícitos e gentis. - O café da manhã precisa de mais atenção. Sempre EXATAMENTE as mesmas coisas. Mas não é ruim, tem uma certa variedade que pelo preço atende muito bem. - O Banheiro estava “limpo” mas uma aplicação de cloro eventual, ajudaria a manter e tirar umas manchas de mofo do box, mas nada demais tbm. - A cama estava ótima, mesmo tendo sido juntada, ficou muito confortável. - Resumo, está de acordo com o valor cobrado. Recomendo

O quarto é limpo e os funcionários no geral são bons, mas o hotel está um pouco velho e desatualizado. No quarto que fiquei colocaram uma arandela em cima da cama e ficávamos batendo a cabeça. O hotel tem quadros de paisagens como da Suíça, sendo que estamos em Foz do Iguaçu, não entendi os quadros fora de contexto. O café da manhã é bem razoável. O ovo mexido é horrível, o suco diluído. Enfim, não foi uma experiência ruim, mas não voltaria a me hospedar.

Tive uma experiência excelente neste hotel! A localização é perfeita, muito prática e próxima de tudo, o que facilitou bastante a minha estadia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com bastante variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença. Cafe da mannha bom so a grade de canais não gostei muito apenas 1 canal de filme e se for para maiores de 14 anos o canal fica bloqueado e canais de noticias só tem dois e ambos vc tem que saber ingles ou espanhol nenhum em português
