This condo features:

* Two beach chairs are available for your use in the beach. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
* Keyless entry door lock system.

HOUSE AND RESORT RULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking.
- We do not provide beach towels and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to fill out the rental agreement and send it to us with a copy of his/her drivers license.
