The view is AMAZING and you can see the emerald green waters of the gulf of Mexico from every angle of the kitchen, living room and balcony! You will sit on the spacious balcony with your coffee in the morning or your wine in the evening and watch the Sea Gulls play in the sun or watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. This comfortable home features a fully equipped kitchen with BRAND NEW kitchen cabinets, new stainless appliances, which include a refrigerator with an ice maker, glass top stove with oven and matching microwave. The kitchen has Quartz counter tops, tiled backsplash, and is fully stocked with all you will need for your vacation! The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with a NEW comfortable mattress and is decorated in a warm Coastal decor. This home also includes a large flat screen tv in the living room and bedroom. There is a FULL SIZE washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Was good, very loud. Pool was being worked on at 6:30 am to 7 am, and all day. They parked in the way, and heard one using bad language. Over all was nice. Just a lot of loud visitors, kids screening until 10 to 11 pm every night.

The place was excellent for our needs. We stayed in Unit 202A. The Unit itself was beautiful inside completely updated. The building's outside structure is older with a small rectangular pool which did not affect us. We were right on the beach, no problems reserving chairs & umbrella. The other renters were so friendly. The upkeep of the property was amazing. Through out the day the grounds keepers were sweeping the sidewalks, cleaning the elevator, etc. The property is amazingly clean - DEFINITELY WORTH THE STAY!!! Lots of security. Quiet

Like-new beach condo with fabulous views!

We just completed an 11-night stay at this property and had a great time. This condo is exactly as pictured on the site. It was recently renovated. Everything is new, fresh, and clean. It's comfortable and has a great beach vibe. The complex is well maintained and very quiet. Check in and out was super easy with keyless entry. We got detailed instructions for everything in advance. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed. You could easily stay here long term. Being right on the beach is the best and this condo is in a great location 5 minutes from tons of shopping, including grocery and drug stores. Loved waking up each morning to that gorgeous view and even seeing dolphins from our balcony! Ignore the older reviews. This is a beautiful condo-you won't be disappointed!

Cleaning issues

Starting with the positives, the location of this property is ideal. It’s right on the beach and close to Whole Foods and a shopping mall. However, that’s where the good ends. The property itself is filthy, dirty, and outdated. While the towels were nice and fluffy, unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The pillowcases and blankets had clearly not been washed prior to our arrival, and the apartment was extremely dusty. I really wanted to like this property, and it has potential, but it desperately needs more attention to cleanliness. Being on the beach, it’s understandable that sand might get into the apartment. However, when I requested a vacuum, I was told they didn’t have one available, forcing me to purchase a Swiffer mop to clean up the sand myself. Given the hefty cleaning fee (around $500-$600), the apartment should have been spotless, but it was far from it. The windows on the balcony were filthy, which detracted from the stunning view. It was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The couch and chairs were visibly dirty, and the kitchen was cluttered with old, useless items, though it did have plenty of plates. Additionally, they didn’t provide trash bags, expecting guests to buy their own. The bedding was cheap, synthetic, and noisy—every movement in bed was disturbingly loud for my partner. Worst of all, there was mold on the kitchen air vent. Overall, while the location and view are excellent, the apartment itself is old, dirty, and poorly maintained

Great condo, sugar sands and relaxation!

We stayed for a week and wish we could have stayed longer. Condo was well equipped and cozy and didn’t have any issues. Everyone staying in the other condos were very friendly and most were regular visitors making them great tour guides. It’s a hip skip and a jump from the main drag so it’s super convenient for shopping and great eats.
