This vacation home is just minutes from Cape Harbour, Cape Coral Yacht Club and several popular restaurants and tiki bars. This magnificent home sleeps up to 8 people. The master suite offers a King size bed and direct access to the pool deck and has a beautiful huge bath including walk-around shower and centered jetted tub. Large walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your clothing and belongings. 3 more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Both queen suites offer adjoining full baths that can be closed off to the hallway and become a private bath to the queen suites. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a full guest bathroom tub/shower combo is located adjacent to the room. Each bedroom has a private cable equipped TV. Kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 5\. Plenty of seating for the entire family, main dining seats 6 and kitchen table can accommodate 4\. Home features a family room and great room that is equipped with a flat screen TV and Wifi throughout the house. The lanai is accessed by pocket sliders from the main living area and master bedroom. This large outdoor area will no doubt be where you spend most of your time, grilling out on the gas BBQ or just kicking back on the loungers taking in the gorgeous gulf views. The pool and spa offer an electric heater and user friendly controller and are ready for you to relax and start your Endless Summer. \*Please note that security camera faces the driveway and canal only\* Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation. If no electric charge was included, The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. The location is quiet in a friendly residential neighborhood, we particularly loved seeing the burrowing owls which can be seen perched by their burrows on the street. The house has clearly been a well used and well maintained vacation rental property for some time. This shows in the general decor, particularly in the pool area and lanai, which would benefit from a refresh. Florian was responsive and helpful, and the booking and payment procedure was flawless. We had a couple issues the first day, but the property manager came out quickly. He was very responsive. We loved it! If I could give any helpful advice, it would be to have written directions about how to operate the remote for the pool and hot tub. The home is large, well-equipped and was perfect for our family. We had excellent communication with Florian; check-in was simple, he was quick to respond to questions and he suggested extra information to meet our needs. Everything about the home is as described. We spent most of our time at the house on the lanai or in the pool and hot tub simply enjoying the warm Florida sun. We always like watching boats, kayakers and wildlife on the canals. On walks through the neighborhood, families from the area were very friendly and we enjoyed daily visits to watch the burrowing owls across the street. This is an area of Cape Coral in which we have rented previously and it is perfect for any vacation. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all nearby and most of our favorite places are open after the hurricane.
