This 3-bed 2.5 bath home is the epitome of “Old Florida Charm” with contemporary comfort and style. A fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large window looking over the pool. The cozy living area includes comfortable recliners and a flat screen TV. Finishing off the open floor plan is a dining table that seats up to 6 guests, laundry room, and a half bath. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. There is also another bedroom on this side of the house with a queen bed. There is an additional bedroom on the opposite side of the house that has a king bed, full size sleeper sofa, and access to the pool area.
