Yacht Club Beach and downtown are about 16 minutes by car.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, pool deck access, large walk-in closet. En-suite bath with dual vanities, a walk-around shower, and a centered garden tub.
- Bedroom 2: King bed, pool deck access, TV. Jack and Jill bath shared with common area.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
- Bedroom 4: King bed and a bunk bed with trundle, TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower and pool access.
- Additional sleeping: Two extra twin mattresses and an air mattress available upon request.

The oversized pool deck is centered around the fully automated, electric heated pool and spa, complete with multi-color lights, a waterfall feature, and a pool alarm for smaller children. Gather around the propane fire table or fire up the outdoor grill for evenings with your group, with a convenient outdoor mini fridge and sink. The waterfront boat dock features a Tiki Hut with stools and an aquarium light. Four kayaks with 5 paddles and life vests in all sizes are ready to go. Four adult bicycles, two child bicycles, child-size helmets, and a bike tire pump are ready for adventures on land. Keep the outdoor fun going with cornhole, Jenga, Connect 4, a hammock, and ample seating, tables, and loungers throughout the backyard. Beach days are made easy with beach towels, a beach bag, blanket, chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, coolers, and Yeti-style cups and koozies.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Guests must sign a waiver for the bicycles and kayaks.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
