Everything about this property was excellent. The only minor detail were the pillows. Too firm and small for the size of the king bed.
Our room smelled, the towels were rough. The bed was not comfortable. The walls were paper thin and could hear the neighbors. Only positive was breakfast buffet was good and staff were friendly.
Non smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew.The bathroom shower extremely old needs upgrading.Beds only had sheets no comforters.Our original room air conditioner didn’t work however the front desk switched our room immediately.
In the breakfast room the attendant, Sophiaeir, always had a friendly smile and asked if we needed anything. The evening desk clerk on February 4 (sorry we didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful as well.
I always stay here and u get great service each time!!! Everything is always clean and smells good. The breakfast is always great, my kids live it!!! I recommend this place to a lot of folks
Hotel staff does not know basic ADA service animal laws. Very discriminatory check in staff.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I apologize if there was any type of confusion, however, we take ADA law extremely seriously and our front desk staff is trained on how to acknowledge guests with service animals. We also utilitize a printed document at check in which goes over the ADA guidelines regarding service animals. We are vigilate in ensuring the safety of all guests and their service animals so that non-service animals do not interupt actual service animals who are performing their task as we are not pet friendly.
This was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was terrific, I ate my breakfast pool side. The only blemish was the exit/entrance door on the left side of the building was not working coming into the building.
