244 Dundee - Dog Friendly Island Cottage on Canal, Short Walk to the Beach!

244 Dundee - This lovely private home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sun deck overlooking a canal, and is just a short walk to the beach! This property allows a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, rented to one group per month.

The main bedroom has a king bed, lots of storage, and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, attached bathroom with shower/tub combo, and a desk with desk chair. Work from home in this lovely island cottage!

There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and we provide all linens. We include all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This vacation rental home has one kayak and two stand up paddle boards. To use, there is a required waiver to be signed. Please inquire at time of booking!

There are two public beach access points within walking distance to the home (~5 minute walk) at Aberdeen Ave and Lanark Ave. Sip your coffee on the front porch, spend your day at the beach, and come home to lounge in your oasis. Beautiful Florida skies and wildlife can be seen all around the island!

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to small dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

For security purposes, this home has cameras along the exterior, including: driveway, under house, boat lift, and shop.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. The minimum age to rent is 25. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
