"The location was amazing! Right next to the Historic District with everything in walkable distance. Lots of places to eat, and drink. Fun little shops to browse through. The amount of space in the home was perfect for our group. Loved both the front porch to relax and especially the back patio. Our group hung out around the firepit and stayed up late chatting in the peaceful environment. Quite mornings with lots of cardinals singing. The host left nothing out that could possibly be needed. Everything was as-advertised and the host was so easy and quick to communicate with."

"Please BEWARE. We always get the insurance because accidents happen. However, we left the place spotless and even took the trash off site because the alleged garage can was not there, and started the dishwasher- even though there were no exit instructions. However, they made an insurance claim about a replacement towel, replacement comforter, mattress cover replacement and sheet repair. We are 5 grown adults that stayed and no children. No one took a towel or soiled a mattress or comforter. We rent monthly for work and never had such a claim. Please Be Careful Renting Here!!"

"Great location close to downtown! The property is much bigger than it looks! Typically sofa beds are not comfy at al but this one was really nice. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Very clean and well appointed apartment! Would definitely stay here again. "

"We were Staying in Sanford for a family gathering for one of Sanfords fun festivals. The "Historic Hotspot"was a 5 minute walk to the middle of the historic downtown area. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee makers and quality appliances and kitchenwares. Bj"
