"The location was amazing! Right next to the Historic District with everything in walkable distance. Lots of places to eat, and drink. Fun little shops to browse through. The amount of space in the home was perfect for our group. Loved both the front porch to relax and especially the back patio. Our group hung out around the firepit and stayed up late chatting in the peaceful environment. Quite mornings with lots of cardinals singing. The host left nothing out that could possibly be needed. Everything was as-advertised and the host was so easy and quick to communicate with."

"Great spot for a family gathering. We had a comfortable stay. House was clean and just as advertised. A/C worked great and house was well stocked with everything we needed. Water pressure was a little low but didn’t cause any problems. We’d definitely reserve this place again. "

"Yes everything was great would recommend getting more drinking glasses for ice tea, water etc There were only 4; There was a broken coffee mug and a coaster that was broken upon arrival. We threw them away as to not harm any future guests. The house was lovely and very comfortable. "

"We were Staying in Sanford for a family gathering for one of Sanfords fun festivals. The "Historic Hotspot"was a 5 minute walk to the middle of the historic downtown area. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee makers and quality appliances and kitchenwares. Bj"

"Great location for walking to all downtown Sanford food and entertainment. BoHo unit is very cool being right on the huge fenced in yard area. Very funky cool decorating -- definitely Boho nights!"

"We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool local vibe to the stay! The location is also fantastic—within easy walking distance of everything in Downtown Sanford. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!"

"I think we spent the majority of our time on the front porch! But the rest of the property was So comfy and even though this is a very old house the updates made it even more so.Every little item was considered, from coffee and filters to Q tips in case you forgot them. Great location, just a few blocks to the main street with several dining options. It was our first time taking our dog so we were a bit apprehensive but the property was designed to make doing so easy. Easy to clean floors and a nice yard in front as well as very walkable streets. We enjoyed this place immensely."
