The beds were very comfortable, and the place had everything we needed. We loved the little extra touches like the Keurig, bottled water, and toiletries. Even noticed a few ponchos in the game closet! Overall, a clean, cozy spot and a great place to stay. We’d definitely come back!"

"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

Had a small hiccup with the refrigerator and Jose had it dealt with quickly. Will stay here again if in this area. Highly recommend this guesthouse."
