Had a great experience, so relaxing on the water. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Cute house. It’s close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Look forward to staying there again.

Getaway

We stayed 2 nights on the houseboat and enjoyed the quiet. WE enjoyed exploring the sweet town of Sanford and at eat a couple really nice restaurants. Plus, went out on the Barbara Lee for a dinner cruise what had a live band. We really enjoyed our time there.

Simply amazing!

This is basically a cool apartment on the water, normal bathroom, shower, and kitchen appliances. The best boat house we have ever stayed on and that has been a few. A must stay if you are in the area.

Unique and relaxing stay

We were pleasantly pleased with the comfort and cleanliness that this houseboat provided. It had all comforts of home. The outside decks were a great place to relax and review our days events. The location made walking to downtown Sanford and all of it's shops and restaurants very easy. What a great stay we had and plan to come again.

Floating fun in the sun

We absolutely loved our stay at the little floating houseboat. It was such a lovely mini vacay……so cute and charming. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the historic area which is very near by, strolling along the river walk and also took a ride in the river boat. A delightful, relaxing way to spend a few days. I definitely recommend it.

Recommend staying

Me and my wife had a wonderful time staying on the houseboat. I would stay there again and recommend anyone to staying there. The steak and seafood and Italian restaurant are just a very short walk away. We met a few people that have boats in the marina. They were very nice to speak with. The owner was very nice and allowed us to check in early and check out a couple hours late.

Floating Paradise

Beautifully decorated, modern, spic n span. This gem has all the necessities you would need to spend a relaxing time on the water. Close to town with restaurants to meet any desires from sandwiches to steaks. Take a walk along Lake Monroe enjoying the outdoors. Enjoyed our stay and will probably return.

Wonderful Sanford waterfront floating cabin

Owners are great folks. A/C works perfectly, clean, great bed, large fridge and the best location in Sanford. What else does a couple need. Don't pass this one up.

A fun floating bungalow

This was our first time staying in a floating bungalow, and my wife and I had such a good time. The bungalow is kept very clean and organized and is such a nice place to stay. A big thank you to Jay and Teresa for being such good hosts and for answering the questions we had about the bungalow and our stay there. They were very helpful and replied promptly to our questions. Definitely recommended!

Best Waterfront Getaway

This houseboat is the absolute best getaway!!!! So adorable, wonderful area, conveniently located!!! The houseboat was super clean & had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend. We loved hanging out on the porch with the amazing view & wonderful breezes! We were greeted each morning by turtles, fish, & birds. I can't say enough about our host, Jay! He was super resonator& went above & beyond!! We'll definitely be staying again!! Thank you!!

Beautiful little town with great eateries! The boat was very clean, it was nice and relaxing sitting out on the deck enjoying the turtles, birds, gators and fish. The only thing that I think needs to be looked at is the bed, It was very uncomfortable. We left a day early because we couldn't sleep in it any longer.

Individual get away

This property was exactly what I hoped it would be. I was traveling by myself, visiting some friends, and wanted a place to just get away and relax. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the water having breakfast, and at night just unwinding with a cup of coffee. I will definitely be back.

Amazing Houseboat

Amazing houseboat. Great location in downtown Sanford. Walk to nearby shops, restaurants & bars. Full kitchen with all the full size appliances & accessories you need. Great bedding. Two outdoor seating areas, including the rooftop. Owners are responsive, professional & courteous. 5 stars / Highly recommend.

Great place - perfect tocation!

This was a little charmer! The property was immaculately clean and a very well equipped and supplied home with great AC and comfy bed. The bathroom was surprisingly bigger than I expected on a boat and the kitchen had nice full size appliances (small dishwasher but we did not use it) and plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. if one wanted to cook. Easy walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, nice long riverwalk. Great communication with the owner. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this sweet place!!

Best way to see Sanford

This was better than staying in a hotel. It was very clean and nicely decorated. kitchen is well equipped with nice dishes and pots and pans. Wish it had a keurig. The bed was very comfy with nice bedding. living room has a nice tv and comfy clean furniture. The shower had great pressure and there was plenty of hot water. The upper outdoor deck was great. the furniture could be replaced, but it didn't stop us from enjoying it every night. There is a grill, but it is electric. All of the neighboring boat's were very friendly and respectful. No loud parties. You don't know that you are on a boat when inside. the boat is well tied off. It has enough room for 2 adult's and maybe a child. Would definitly love to stay here again.

Relaxing stay on the water
