Perfect house for a family with kids. The modern look and simplicity make this home a perfect get away. Everything you need it's literally few minutes a way.

#### Incredible rental home

My wife and I , son and family stayed at this so-called rental home. Well this was more of resort living. Impeccable space with pool and outdoor patio and lanai, grille and everything else in between. The accommodations were just incredible. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and within minutes . If we are ever going to stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area this is our place. I can’t thank the pwener enough for a most Mercia or stay. Thanks you!!

#### Nice house. Needs some appliance maintenance. 

Nice house and pool area. Gas BBQ, kitchen range top and Keurig coffee maker did not work which nixed out BBQ plans and make morning coffee a drive away. Beds all comfortable and property very clean. Owners very nice and I’m sure they will remedy these glitches now that they’re aware of them.
