The rental was clean and spacious, we each had a TV and climate control. There was a washer and dryer in unit. The host provided laundry detergent and so much soap/shampoo/conditioner! They even had a welcome beverage on the table. Overall, great location, easy parking, super responsive host giving multiple communications with instructions, check lists, and ensuring a great stay. The ocean is a few steps away and no expense was spared on the home's various amenities. We grilled lunch each afternoon and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub each evening. The fire pit was an added evening bonus for relaxing after a fun day. The bedrooms are over sized and the family room and kitchen are huge! The home has everything you will need for a great stay. Even the bedding and towels are fabulous. The property manager Joi is wonderful and he introduced us to his great staff. Brenda had the home immaculate. They even helped unload groceries for us. Joi was available 24/7 and was there in under 3mn when we forgot how to turn on the fire pit. He checked on us daily and was a perfect example of a wonderful property manager. We have already booked our next stay, and the kids are demanding it for their summer vacation. Wonderful experience, and we cant wait to go back. ##### D B. It is roomy, new and has stunning views. The photo's represent the true appearance of this magnificent home and it was spotless when we arrived. Here is where you will find comfort, serenity and top notch everything. The furniture and overall design satisfied every expectation for a beach front property. The house fit our needs perfectly with every bedroom having a private bath including plenty of high quality bath and beach towels for each guest. Each bedroom has beautiful ocean views to see the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. The kitchen is very spacious, well equipped and has everything you need with top of the line appliances! I have to say our favorite spot was spending time on the immense deck that spans the back of the house. With sweeping ocean views, pool, hot tub, fire pit (very nice in the evenings), outdoor grill and plenty of additional seating it is the best place to relax and stretch out day or night. The property location couldn't be more perfect. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the pier. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the property manager Joi. He is truly a delight to work with and a main reason we picked this rental. Joi was professional and attentive from the get go. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of from the minute he gave us a tour of the home to our last day. Doing everything from buying new beach umbrellas before we arrived to being responsive when we needed him for minor questions. We could tell that it was important to Joi to ensure we had a great visit. Had such an amazing vacation with friends in the Ocean Dream House! Each couple had their own beautifully appointed bedroom (huge TV's!) with private bath. We did venture out into town a few times. Walking distance to Jimbos Sandbar and the Quarterdeck Restaurant on Dania Beach (Ahhhmazing sushi!). However, everything we needed was right there in the house! Lots of space! Our favorite was the whole house sound system, private pool, hot tub, and fire pit. They provided for everything: beach towels, bath towels, and they even had lots of ice waiting for us to use in our beverages! They thought of everything! If you're looking for the south Florida feel but want to be away from the crowds and experience living in the lap of luxury, this is the place for you. It was like having our own personal beachfront resort. The deck area is literally A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!! The house was immaculate, thoughtfully and creatively designed. Every room was decorated perfectly with comfortable beds, linens and the most gorgeous views from every room. The master suite and bathroom is to die for. Everyone I worked with was wonderful, especially Joi. He answered all my questions and was there to help us, and even helped me pull off a surprise reveal with my friends. We didn't want to leave.
