"Nothing to fault here. The lounge in the evening was a nice touch with drinks and snacks. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was really good for authentic restaurants and the metro practically next door. I stayed 5 nights and would stay again"

"We had a wonderful stay here, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. Amy and 慈慧 were incredibly helpful, especially when they arranged a last-minute car ride for us to Alishan after we had already checked out and had a lot of luggage with us. They were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating throughout our entire stay, and always happy to help with any requests we had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city."

"Convenient location for concert nearby. Though takes some transfers to get there by public transit from train stations the Uber was actually pretty affordable so used that. Love the location by the water and there were markets and restaurants nearby. Restaurant in the hotel was convenient first night."
