Absolutely superb. A very warm welcome at reception and given an upgrade too. The room was pristine. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The gluten free breakfast provided was outstanding. Gracie a tutti.

The hotel room is rather small and the first days missing the use of coffee/tea. This was compensated by the coffee in the lobby area. Staff is very friendly , no restaurant service with exception of breakfast which on their website they say is included but Expedia makes you pay separately for it .
