Condo is a cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom getaway for up to 6 guests. The beach is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive across the bridge and through the quaint town of Folly Beach. Cool off on warm days with your access to the community pool. Elevator is accessible to easily carry up all of your belongings. Open living space includes the kitchen and living room areas, both with views of the marsh. Head out onto the long screen porch with ample furnishings to dine, play games, and just relax and enjoy the Low Country scenery. Watch your favorite TV shows, sports, and movies on the large, flat screen TV in the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessities to cook and serve your family meals. Full size washing machine and dryer located in hall closet. Master bedroom is off of the living room with private access to the screen porch. Wake up to lovely marsh and river views. Master bedroom has 1 king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite full bathroom. The large bathroom has a long counter with double sinks, garden tub, and separate standing shower. Guest bedroom 2 is down the hall and acts as a 2nd, smaller master bedroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, a flat screen TV, and access to it's own, private full bathroom with a tub/shower. Across the hall is guest bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds and access to the 3rd full bathroom. This 3rd bathroom also shares entry from the hallway and houses an oversize standing shower. Folly Beach downtown area is just across the walking bridge. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos! The sheer curtain in the master doesn’t cut it. The walls are incredibly thin and the apartment over was slamming its cupboards multiple time. It was a quick walk on the sidewalk across the bridge to Folly Beach. The complex is quiet and restful. There’s a screened in porch out back that was perfect for napping. We received timely reminders the day before check out, to make sure we followed their very easy procedure. Towels in the baths, garbage and recycling out into the correct bins, temperature adjusted on the thermostat and start the dishwasher. Very easy and we were out by 8:30 am and home early. On our recent visit, my 91 year old mother, sister and I had a marvelous time staying here. The condo was newly refurbished and was well decorated and comfortable! We ate some meals out and otherwise cooked in. The 3rd floor view of the marches was expansive and we enjoyed the abundant wild life.. My sister and I walked to the beach every day - we stopped in town along the way and we ate at the Lost Dog Cafe several times. This condo is perfectly located to enjoy Folly Beach! Finally, my mother uses a walker - this condo had perking near the elevator, was the 5th condo from the elevator and has no stairs. This made it very easy for her to move around too. Problems were that there are only lace "curtains" on windows in MBR, so the light pours in the crack of dawn. Bring a sleep mask if you stay here. Also, we had a storm Friday night and were not able to connect to the wi-fi after that. Tried to re-set router(?) and called mgt. co who wasn't sure where router was, so we were stuck. ##### Scott C.
