Beach weekend

My friends and I had a great time staying at this property! The location is great we were able to take a quick walk to downtown folly to grab food. And the walk to the beach wasn’t too bad! The house has a bunch of activities if you don’t want to go out and a fire pit to enjoy at night!

Awesome place to stay

Great location with a short walk to the beach and all restaurants uptown. House was very clean with a great setup to enjoy time together with your group. Owners communicated very clearly and made the check in/check out process seamless. Would definitely stay here again

Frozen Folly

Our group of friends and family met at this house for a reunion of sorts. It was cold and rainy so we spent a lot of time at the house and it was a wonderful space to share. We all slept and showered comfortably. The house was very well stocked for consumables like paper towels and trash bags. We want to come back when it’s warm!

Perfect Stay

We were a group of 7 adults and 2 kids in town for a family wedding. This house was perfect for our group. Kids had there own area on the third floor and then every couple had their own room. House situated a short walk to beach and to shops restaurants and bars. Kitchen well stocked. Fire pit was great for marshmallows! Will be back!!

Fantastic Vaca

We were a party of 5 adults and 4 young children. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room. The boys loved the game area loft. Everything was within walking distance and Charleston was a short drive. Even had fireworks on the beach right by the house. Sean was very helpful and guided us through the process of staying here. Will definitely consider this house again.

Perfect spot for a family reunion

Our 2 daughters and their families joined us for a 3 day weekend at this lovely Folly Beach house. The house accommodated 6 adults and 3 children perfectly. It was very clean and very close to the beach which were both important to us. We enjoyed the firepit and the grassy area where we set up a game of cornhole. It was great having a screened in porch too. There was plenty of parking for 4 cars too. Great location, house and Sean was very communicative. When we come back to SC we will definitely stay at Sean and Ashleys place as they are top notch!

Great place to stay! You can actually enjoy the yard. Most places we’ve stayed the house is great but the yards were over grown, not here. Nice fire pit and a cute little citrus tree. My dad is a carpenter and normally he spends his time finding imperfections, not here! He bragged and bragged on the workmanship of this house. My 3 year old nephew loved the “secret” room on the third level. Who knew a three year old could beat you at foosball!

Five Star Folly Stay

Happy Ours was a great stay for my family of 4 and two other families. Kids ranged 4 - 8. The house had everything we needed. The 3rd floor game room and bunks were great for the kids, the bedrooms were comfortable, roomy, and clean. Home was nicely decorated. Best of all, it stayed ice cold despite August feels-like temps over 100. We loved the outdoor spaces, including the screened in porch and outdoor shower. Too hot to build a fire in the fire pit, but we did make good use of the 2 charcoal grills. Straight shot to the beach on street and trail. Quick access to the main drag with shops and eats. Host was extremely prompt. Everything was easy. Would definitely stay again!
