Walk/drive to Folly's main Centre Street where you'll find vibrant beachfront restaurants, shops, bars, and live music. Or, take a 20-minute scenic drive and explore downtown Charleston.

The Space:

Welcome to your perfect Folly Beach getaway. This charming single level holiday home features two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom, designed to provide a relaxing coastal retreat. The primary bedroom is furnished with a plush queen bed, while the second bedroom includes both a double and a single bed, making it ideal for families. The living room offers additional flexibility with a cozy sofa bed. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dedicated dining area, and a convenient laundry room. Step outside to enjoy the private backyard or relax on the porch with your morning coffee. With beach access just steps away, this home is perfectly positioned for your next seaside vacation.

You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the sand and surf at a moments notice. When you are ready for a bite to eat or a bit of local shopping, the vibrant Centre Street is just a short drive or an easy walk away. This area serves as the heart of the island, offering a fantastic selection of beachfront restaurants, local boutiques, and live music venues that capture the unique bohemian spirit of Folly Beach. If you feel like exploring further, the historic charm of downtown Charleston is only a scenic twenty minute drive from your front door, providing a perfect balance between quiet beach relaxation and big city culture.



Getting Around:

Getting to our cottage is a breeze whether you are driving or arriving by air. We offer the convenience of free parking on the premises as well as free street parking, making it easy to bring your own vehicle. If you are flying into the area, the Charleston International Airport is approximately a thirty to forty minute drive from the property. While public transportation options are limited on Folly Beach, we recommend renting a car or utilizing ride sharing services to explore the local area and reach downtown Charleston comfortably.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests please note that check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. We maintain a smoke free environment throughout the property and regret that pets are not permitted. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. While we welcome families with children and infants, please be advised that this property is not suitable for events or parties. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street for your convenience.
