Adorable Classic 2 BR Cottage~ Cooper Cottage

  • One of Folly's Best! Cooper Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, classic Folly Beach cottage. You are sure to enjoy the recently updated look! Relax on the screened-in front porch and pick fresh fruit off the orange tree or enjoy the back porch with a view of the beautiful greenery and cute path that leads to the shared laundry room and private outdoor shower. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. Amenities include cable tv, free Wi-Fi, an efficiency kitchen, shared propane grill, and access to beach chairs/carts. And it's dog friendly! Located in a quiet residential area, Cooper Cottage is a leisurely two minute stroll to the beach and only six short blocks to Center Street. This property can be rented alone or with its sister properties: Sea Glass Cottage and 615 East Erie. These three properties combined make up Family Houses.

    Cooper Cottage allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Grill available for guest use. Please note: charcoal/propane and cleaning of grill is the responsibility of the guest.
