Just a few minutes' drive from the town and the nearby beaches of Follonica, the property borders the Montioni Park. This prime location allows guests to enjoy peaceful walks in the countryside while also having easy access to the Carboniferous beaches and the Mortelliccio Sterpaia Park, all while avoiding the crowds at the bathing establishments.

The villa also offers a variety of activities, including fishing, horseback riding, and biking.

Surrounded by about 2,000 olive trees, many of which are centuries-old, the estate produces organic extra-virgin olive oil, and guests can enjoy on-site tastings.

There are two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has a large lounge with access to a private outdoor area for meals, as well as a private garden with panoramic views of the bay, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

Amenities include a washing machine, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, and bed and kitchen linen. Bathroom towels and heating are not included in the price. Small dogs are allowed.

The villa is surrounded by around 2,000 olive trees, many of which are centuries old. The farm produces organic extra-virgin olive oil, and you can enjoy on-site tastings.
