"Host was great communication, house was clean well stocked with pots pans, trash bags, zip lock bags etc. Beach view was wonderful. Hated no immediate beach access from House. But could drive short distance to access beach. Water at house was a little smelly. I think filter was off. Also I'm not use to water near the ocean. Could of been a me thing. We had plenty of room."

"We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with the kids & grandkids & we all had a terrific time. The house had enough space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The AC was cold! The kitchen was large enough for all of us & laid out well enough for just one of us. We were on the beach much of the time, the weather was perfect. Porches, porch furniture & steps were all very sturdy. Jerry the owner was very responsive, whenever we reached out to him. Plenty of parking. We hope we get to do it again sometime!"

"This property was in a perfect location to the beach! We were able to rent a golf cart and easily make back and forth trips to the house from the beach which was super important with little ones. We had friendly neighbors and felt very comfortable inside the home. Plenty of space for playing and staying entertained even during a storm! We brought 4 kids ranging from 3 to 17 years old and they really enjoyed the game room with the foosball table and cozy seats to watch TV. The kitchen was a dream to cook and bake in! The outdoor shower was amazing and there were beach toys and chairs to use if needed. We definitely could have packed lighter lol. Absolutely beautiful views across the board!"

"The property was exactly what we expected. This was our first three generation vacation and it was perfect. I don't think we will ever stay in a hotel again. Charles was very good at answering questions and quick to respond. The property was beautiful and clean.The kitchen has enough room to cook together and not trip over each other.We had lot's of space to enjoy with all the levels and balconies.We fished right from the driveway and we went to the beach just a couple of blocks away. The weather was perfect.My one and only suggestion might be a larger grill, since this property accommodates a large group. It took quite a while to grill chicken and steaks for our group, but we had a wonderful family experience."
