"We had an excellent time and experience! The house is huge. The place was very clean. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. The check in and check out process was seamless. The house is located right between jamaica beach and surfside, so there are lots of options if you want to go out and eat. Also, instacart delivers! I wish we would have rented a golf cart. We made the drive to set up on the beach, but it is walkable from the house. Overall just a good experience. The hot tub was also a hit!"

"Overall excellent stay and very nice place right on the shoreline. Couple small things I'd recommend is to have many more towels on hand for larger families and also more cleaning supplies like soap, paper towels, etc. Obviously these things go fast with a family of 6. All else was great. 9 out of 10. Thanks!"

"House was amazing! We had a small hiccup when we checked in where the instructions for the lock didn't match what was currently on the door. We called Katie, who was quick to assist, and then we started our vacation! Would definitely come back. The access to the beach right down the road was perfect, and the deck seating was great for a nice evening."

"The A/C was cold with the new units even when it was near 100 degrees outside. They are currently updating some of the stuff but it didn’t interfere with our stay . Good to see it being updated. Host was very responsive to our needs and I definitely recommend this place . Plenty of parking as well, Which helped with my boat . We will be back ."

Private Beach Access: Coastal Freeport Home!

"Hmm...First red flag was contacting the host via email and text before our trip with a simple question and never getting a response. Then contacting VRBO/Evolve with the same simple question and receiving a response AFTER we returned from the trip. In general the house is clean and nice and an easy walk to the beach. BIG problem is the mattresses in bedroom #2 and one mattress in the bunk room. These mattresses are impossible to sleep on and need to be replaced. Another BIG problem is the coffee table in the living room and dining room table which are not stable or safe and need to be repaired or replaced. My past experiences with VRBO/Evolve rental homes have been pleasant-simple perks like ample K-cups for coffee and ample trash bags provided by the host-not this time. 4 K-cups and 3 trash bags for 6 people staying 4 days led to very LONG drives to very distant grocery stores. Last but not least, this house is managed by Evolve. I sent these complaints to Evolve a week ago and and was told that someone would be contacting me to discuss my concerns. Still waiting to hear back. Very disappointing."

"The house is beautiful. The cold water on the outdoor shower wasn’t working so we were unable to use it and had to go in the house sandy. I let the owner know they said they would fix it for the next guest. I would rate our stay a 4.5 out of 5. If the cold was water was working I would have given it a 5 out of 5. Everything was perfect this weekend. The beach is walking distance from the property. We walked to the beach day and night and the neighbors are quiet."

"We had an absolutely amazing time here. The property owner was so easy to talk to and we bothered him so many times throughout the week and he always responded efficiently and quickly! Property was beautiful and we had such an amazing time there. Caught fish crabs and gar as well! Will definitely book again if hoping to be in area!!"
