"Beautiful property and excellent room. Worth the upgrade to the deluxe category for higher floor and the spectacular view. Service was excellent and good quality breakfast, restaurants and bars. Labuan Bajo town is just a 10 minute taxi ride away so don’t hesitate to go in for dinner. Don’t fall into the trap of booking tours through the hotel - the price they charge is exorbitant, we booked a private 12 hour boat tour for 2 people for the same price it would have cost for us to join their group tour for 4 less hours. "The staff are amazing -- everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The room was good sized and very clean. The hotel grounds are lovely, with a very nice pool, private beach, and gardens. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit."
