The apartment is located in Via Zannetti 4, a two-minute walk from all the main monuments and museums of Florence. It was completely renovated in 2018 with love and great attention to detail to make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible. It is on the second floor with a lift and is very quiet as it is equipped with double glazing that insulates the entire apartment acoustically. It consists of a living area with dining table and equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (single or double beds) and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and washing machine. Sheets and towels available to guests. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. HEATING REGULATIONS: In accordance with Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022, issued by the Ministry for Ecological Transition, for the 2022-2023 winter season, the Municipality of Florence is permitted to operate heating systems from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. The permitted temperature in our apartment is 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
