  • The apartment is just a stone's throw from the Batoni tram stop, which takes you to Santa Maria Novella Central Station in just 8 minutes and to the Florence airport in 30 minutes. The street is very quiet and peaceful, with street parking available. All kinds of amenities are nearby (pizzerias, supermarkets, laundromats, banks, and a pharmacy). The apartment is located on the second and top floor WITHOUT an lift, and consists of a living room/kitchen with a sleeper sofa (140x190), a loft with a sleeper sofa and a half-bath, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower. The living room opens onto a balcony. Every window has a screen. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the apartment. It has air conditioning/heating and Wi-Fi. Pets allowed. No restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
