we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Roberto's beautiful apartment. The check-in was very easy, the location is excellent, less than two minutes from the Duomo yet quiet and well insulated. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed super comfortable and we really enjoyed that bathtub after many hours of walking. we can highly recommend this apartment for your wonderful stay in Florence.

It was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. We really appreciated the host and details left for us. Roberto thinks of everything! We needed an elevator for accessibilty and that can be hard to find. We couldnt have asked for more!

Beautiful decor , perfect location for walking everywhere. The host was welcoming and even had Chianti and biscotti for us when we arrived. I would give even more stars. It was a pleasure to be there in this elegant ambiance.

Very nice, clean apartment 1.5 blocks from the Cattedrale di Santa Maria. The host and his team were great to work with. Timely communication and he graciously let us into the apartment earlier than the standard check-in time. The kitchen has everything you'll need - full refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster and moka pot for coffee. The bathroom has a full tub and shower, and the washer/dryer unit. The bedroom was clean with plenty of storage space. Great location, near all of the main sights and not far from a grocery store. The building is secure with an elevator to make it an easy trip with luggage.

The apartment is very close to most of the places we wanted to go. It is nicely decorated. I would have preferred to have a coffee maker. There was one in the cupboard but apparently it has been broken for some time. It would also be nice to have blinds in the bedroom. Given there are only sheers, we woke up with the sun.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberto’s Villa. We didn’t realise how amazing the location was really going to be. It was the best location and was a lovely spacious apartment for the three of us. It was quiet and safe. We ended up even booking for another night we enjoyed the apartment and Florence so much. The aircon was a massive bonus staying in the middle of a heat wave, it made our stay amazing. If we go back to Florence I wont stay anywhere else. If you are looking for a great located central apartment that is clean, quiet, safe and easy to deal with. This is your sign to book!! Thank you Roberto (and Mila) for our stay.
