Steps from the Duomo and the Uffizi, it was the perfect getaway from the heat when we couldn’t walk anymore. The kitchen and small balcony are adorable. We enjoyed cooking breakfast before heading out for the day, and some wine at night with cheese. The owner, John, was very helpful and responsive, with good recommendations for various meal options. Only 2 things to note: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and the bldg is located in the historic zone, so need to follow John’s suggestion for the garage to avoid fines if you drive in.
